Do you accept orders for renewals? Yes! We accept both new and renewal orders. There are only a couple of magazines that are not available for renewals. The magazines that are not available for renewal can be easily identified, as it will be written "New Subscriptions only" in their description.
How long will it take for the first subscription to arrive? How soon you will receive your first issue depends on how frequent the magazines are issued. Publishers must tabulate millions of orders and most magazines are printed in advanced for their current subscriber base. It will take a couple weeks for your subscription to be received and scheduled by the publisher to be added to the next batch. As a general rule, daily subscriptions take 4 to 8 weeks to start, weekly subscriptions take 6 to 10 weeks, monthly subscriptions take 8 to 12 weeks, and bi-monthly and quarterly subscriptions may take 10 to 16 weeks to start.Your subscription starts when you receive your first magazine, not when you place the order. Rest assured that these time frames are the industry standard and you will receive your new magazines as soon as possible.
Do you offer international delivery? We only offer subscriptions to US customers.
Do you offer back issues to magazines? We are unable to offer individual copies of magazines.
What should I do if I do not receive my subscription? If it is well past the range specified above (atleast 2 weeks more than the higher end of the range, for example more than 14 weeks for monthly or over 12 weeks for bi-monthy subscriptions) then you can send the order details via email to mail@cheapsubscription.com. One of our service agents will get in touch with you to advise on the course of action to be taken.
Can I cancel my order ? Once your order is received, it is directed to the appropriate publisher. As a result, orders once placed with the publisher cannot be cancelled.
How do I change my address on my order? To update the address for your subscription, send us an email at mail@cheapsubscription.com. Be sure to include the subscriber name, delivery old address, delivery new address and magazine name. If you have already started to receive your magazines, you can also contact the publisher to change your information.
Do I have to pay sales tax? There are no tax with magazines orders.
Do I have to pay Shipping and Handling charges? There are no Shipping and Handling charges with magazines orders.
